Made from Sauvignon blanc and Semillon, this wine is made to be the slippery quintessential chilled quoffer. Sauvignon blanc makes up 60% of the blend which is co-fermented and aged in tank for 8 months before being bottled and rested.

Refreshment is at this wines core, but there are some textural components so don’t be afraid to eat a little freshly caught Tommy ruff fillets or some crab with this in hand.

The grapes come from the organically farmed Magpie Springs vineyard that we have been working with for 7 years now and are growing a great relationship with.

Easy drinking white that zips across the palate and develops a broadness day 2 and 3, the wine is fully alive.
